The City of Wolverhampton Council are undertaking a consultation on the emotional well being services of our children and young people.

According to the New Economics Foundation, emotional well being is referred to as being comfortable, healthy or happy with life.

We are seeking the views of young people, parents and professionals to help us plan future services for children and young people in the City.

This survey is a chance to tell us your experience of emotional well being services in the city and how these can be improve. We are looking for:

  • Children and young people between the ages of 0-18 and 25 with a special educational needs and disability (SEND)
  • Parents with a child or young person between the ages of 0-18 and 25 with a special educational needs and disability (SEND)
  • Professionals working with a child or young person between the ages of 0-18 and 25 with a special educational needs and disability (SEND)

The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete and can be found on www.wolverhampton.gov.uk/emotionalwellbeingreview

Your support will be greatly appreciated.
